David’s 30+ years of experience in business includes operating and leadership roles across media, entertainment, and consumer product companies and practicing corporate law.

Most recently David was Head of Acquisitions at Acceleration LLC where he was responsible for identifying marketing services agencies to acquire and leading due diligence and negotiations. He has led four deals over 18 months with a total enterprise value of $150mm.

He serves on the Independent Trustee Board for Aspiration.com, a leading online financial services company where he helps guide corporate governance of the firm. David’s media career began as founder and CEO of Stopwatch Entertainment Network, the first out-of-home media company in the United States that converted the television departments of the nation’s largest consumer electronic stores into a national entertainment and advertising network. Stopwatch was sold to Premier Retail Networks.

David started his career as a corporate attorney where he cut his teeth on M&A transactions. He received a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA.
