Bryson has 15 years of experience as an Executive in various industries including manufacturing, venture capital, and consumer products. Previous to KRG, Bryson held a Principal position at a Los Angeles based venture investment firm that specialized in healthcare, biotechnology, and consumer products opportunities. The firms syndicate investor base is best known for its early investment into Halozyme (NASDAQ: HALO) that is now valued over $4.5B. At Growth Factor Ventures, Bryson oversaw firm operations, deal process, and worked with portfolio companies to advance them through a variety of developmental phases, ranging from start-up to larger going-public transactions.

Prior to Growth Factor Ventures, Bryson held an Executive role with Rigo International, a private manufacturing and imports company that realized large success servicing big box retailers across the US (e.g. Easton Sports, F21, Nordstrom, Target, etc.). Bryson worked as a member of the senior leadership and strategy teams growing revenues into the tens of millions annually. He also worked directly with ownership on investing capital both strategically and opportunistically across the larger portfolio. The Company was sold to a China based manufacturer as their US branch where teams and operational systems were merged.

Bryson received his BS in Accounting and BA in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
